We have an exciting opportunity for a Cloud Solutions Architect to join an exciting IT Managed Services business.

Main Role Responsibilities:
As Cloud Solutions Architect you will have a vital role, helping to determine and plan for delivery of customer needs. Your work will create strategic road maps for Enterprise customers and assist proposal and tender creation, assisting with large scale bid management too.
Further responsibilities would show:-
• Proactively scope and identify opportunities for Cased Dimensions
• Assist with the evaluation, planning, specification and design of new installations
• Manage technical projects, tender proposals, change control, and technical knowledge transfer
• Encourage technical staff in “finding” sales leads, or income generating work and service time
• Help build relationships with partners e.g., Microsoft/VMware/EMC/Cisco/Citrix and others
• Assist with product Marketing e.g. case study development as and when required
• Contribute to the overall development of the company’s internal systems and customer base
• Coach and Mentor to develop work colleagues and Cased Dimensions skills
• Encourage and support staff
• Carry out site visits during projects and ongoing evaluations
• Support and encourage all technical team members in their respective roles

Working on a shift pattern of: – 37.5 Hour week (Monday – Friday)
Internal Relationships: All production operatives and Production Manager
Your qualifications:
• Microsoft, Citrix, Hyper-V, Commvault or other relevant certifications
Your attributes:
• Able to instil confidence and speak with gravitas to lead customer thinking
• Strong commercial awareness; able to scope customer work including;
• Shaping of appropriate technical approach
• Identification of scope, dependencies, risks and mitigations
• Determine effort, cost and price
• Background in technical delivery in all technology areas identified in the technology section
• A grasp of project methodologies, such as PRINCE2 & ITIL
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated technical thought leadership in customer facing situations
• Excellent commercial awareness in project and programme delivery
• Customer service oriented
• Strong escalation and problem-solving skills
• Time management and prioritisation
Salary, Benefits and Hours:
• Start salary is £45,000 – £52,000pa dependent on skills and experience
• 21 Days plus bank holidays
