Job Overview

We are a growing UK-based commercial cleaning company looking for a self-employed / freelance Business Development Partner to help generate and secure small to mid-sized cleaning contracts.

This role is commission-only and focused on winning local commercial cleaning work, not large national tenders.

Target clients include:
• Offices
• Warehouses
• Care environments
• NHS and healthcare-related sites
• Property-managed commercial buildings

This is an opportunity for someone experienced in B2B service sales who wants flexible, results-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively approach potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, and site visits (if preferred)
• Start conversations with decision makers (site managers, office managers, estates teams)
• Identify and qualify cleaning opportunities
• Arrange meetings and support the business owner in converting opportunities into contracts
• Focus on local, decision-maker-led contracts rather than formal tender processes

Earnings & Commission
• 10% commission on first-year contract value
• Typical contract values range from £12,000 to £50,000 per annum
• Commission paid once the contract is signed and live
• No cap on earnings – income directly linked to results

Ideal Candidate

This role is ideal for someone who:
• Has experience selling B2B services (cleaning, facilities management, security, maintenance, utilities, etc.)
• Is confident speaking to business owners, managers, and estates teams
• Is comfortable working on a self-employed / freelance, commission-only basis
• Is motivated, organised, and results-driven
• Is UK-based and understands the local commercial market

• No basic salary
• Commission-only, self-employed position
