A national boutique recruiter providing retained search solutions for seniors and executives into the CX/Customer Service and BI/Analytics space is looking for their next BD Resourcer to join their highly successful team.   

The opportunity will see you join an established and dedicated search practice who focuses on providing seniors using their head hunting capabilities. You will work closely with your experienced colleagues to both source leads and fill vacancies identified from a client base that will be aware of your professional services offered.

You will develop relations with relevant business leaders and subject matter experts, building relations to identify vacancy opportunities, you will also successfully support retained assignments by helping to identify and speaking with potential candidates, all under the guidance of your team.

Prior experience of these industry sectors is not a requirement as suitable training will be provided however, you do need to bring ability and confidence for sales/BDM activities as the success of your role will utilise your business attraction capabilities to secure new clients and candidates alike.   

Key responsibilities of the role would show:-

  • Generating business leads through calls, video calls, email and networking events
  • Building strong relationships with candidates, develop your network and talent pool
  • Learn about your sector, become a specialist for your network
  • Generating talent through job boards and social media channels
  • Managing individual targets
  • Holding virtual and face to face client meetings and candidate interviews
