Our client is a well-established and successful Financial Advice business with particular interest in the Mortgage Advice sector. From its roots in Cheshire they have expanded their team across the UK and NI to with their whole of market mortgage and protection proposition (directly FSA regulated).

You will have the opportunity to join an established team with great knowledge and experience from across many pillars of advice, perhaps, you are in the early years of your mortgage advice career in a tied environment or, perhaps you are more accomplished but looking for that independent, forward thinking and commercially savvy platform with strong support team to further your career.

Your role will be to deliver best mortgage & protection advice, you will do this mostly from leads generated by yourself. You will be backed the great inhouse support team too and mentorship from senior management.

For this particular opportunity, previous experience of a similar role will be needed, you will have already attained relevant qualifications to evidence your knowledge and experience, typically CF1 & CF6/CEMAP 1,2 & 3 or similarly recognised qualifications.

You will form part of a team where you and your colleagues will offer professional and polite mortgage and protection advice to clients. Through an agreed training and development plan, your position will develop over time, your earnings potential will increase through strategic business planning and activities.

Mortgage Adviser role responsibilities and areas covered would include:-

• Residential purchase, Re-mortgage & Additional borrowing
• Buy-to-Let Purchase and remortgage
• Full holistic protection advice (Life, Critical illness, income protection, family income benefit, whole of life)
• Booking/hosting appointments and meetings
• Writing reports (training given)

As you will be speaking with customers via calls and emails, potentially meeting them when in visits, your professional and polite customer service style and appearance will be needed at all times.

Additionally your natural focus of attention to detail will also be required as you will potentially be handling sensitive and personal information.

Hours of work and schedule are fully flexible

Self Employed Package – attractive splits

Typical 1st Yr OTE 40-50k for mortgages and protection

Commission potential on Wills/POE/Trusts and Pensions too.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
