Project Manager HVAC Solutions – Mechanical Services Contractor – London/South – Sal circa £70-80k + Car Allowance 6k + 25 days + BH’s and more….

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and help manage, direct and plan HVAC / Commercial fit-out works in the London/Southern areas. 

This established mechanical contractor has built stable client relations with many leading Design & Fitout specialists and, through quality of work, knowledge and professionalism, is now a go-to for commercial HVAC solutions. 

Together with the support and guidance of the Projects Director, you will provide key client support and help deliver on projects across a range of products/solutions:-

• LPHW heating / Ventilation / VRF/VRV air conditioning / Chilled water systems /
• Chilled beam installations / Variable air volume systems / Comms room / data centre cooling / Process heating / cooling / Specialist ventilation / Gas radiant heating

• Gas fired air heating / Hot and cold domestic services / Plumbing / Sanitary ware installation / BMS / BIS controls / Air source heat pumps

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience preferred:-

Ideally, you will have an established mechanical background, preferably qualified to HNC or equivalent. Perhaps you have a qualified trade and have worked through this with career. 

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years site experience, working within the property maintenance /construction industry sector. 

Other qualifications and accreditations desired:-

CIOB Level 4 diploma in site management

CITB CSCS Health and Safety card for a Supervisor/Manager

SSSTMS H&S Course or higher

Certificate in Asbestos Awareness Training

IOSH 1-day ‘Working Safely’ Training Certificate (or equivalent)
