A national recruiter with over 20 years experience in professional sector recruitment solutions

This opportunity will see you join an established Estates & Facilities Team who focuses on providing skilled professionals into a range of commercial and public sector environments. You will work closely with your colleagues to both source leads and fill vacancies from a client base that will be aware of your professional services offered or via targeted new customers that you have identified.

You will develop relations with site stakeholders and key client contacts requiring staff, you will source candidates to successfully fill their vacancy requirements in a fast moving trades/skilled marketplace.

Prior experience of the sectors is not a requirement although may be beneficial, training will be provided, you just need to bring recruitment resourcing and/or recruitment consultant experience to the table and, be confident of working with a professional industry sector and its people.

Key responsibilities of the role would show:-

  • Generating business leads through calls, video calls, email and networking events
  • Building strong relationships with candidates, develop your network and talent pool, network and socialise when required.
  • Learn about your sector, become a specialist for your network
  • Generating talent through job boards and social media channels
  • Managing individual targets
  • Holding virtual and face to face client meetings and candidate interviews
