A national education recruitment consultancy are offering recruitment consultant positions for newly experienced and established consultants.
This opportunity will see you join an established Recruitment team who focuses on providing locum educational and permanent staff across the UK.
You will work closely with your colleagues to both source leads and fill vacancies identified from a client base that will be aware of your professional services offered.
You will develop relations with education professional contacts ie schools/colleges and related entities and source candidates to successfully fill vacancy requirements in a fast moving market sector.
Prior experience of the education sector is not a requirement as suitable training will be provided, you just need to bring with you an interest in recruitment, and be prepared to embark on a sales career with commitment to learn and progress.
As this role is focused on a professional recruitment sector a suitable professional (Education related) subject degree or equivalent would be advantageous from your studies.
Key responsibilities of the role would show:-
- Generating business leads through calls, video calls, email and networking
- Building relationships with candidates, develop your network and talent pool
- Learn about your sector, become a specialist for your network
- Generating talent through job boards and social media channels
- Managing individual targets
- Holding virtual and face to face client meetings and candidate interviews
