Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Designer to complement their team focused on the delivery of Commercial Fit-Out projects across the UK . 

If you have a strong mechanical building designs background this could be for you. From calculations across LTHW, to CHW, Ventilations AC, Ductwork, and Pipework, you will be working concept to final workings. A strong AutoCAD and/or Revit proficiency is essential and familiarity with Hevacomp and TAS is also desired.

About you:-

It would be likely that you would be HNC/HND qualified and have a career working with commercial fit-out projects. You will be familiar with commercial HVAC solutions of varying types and a comfortable operator and communicator with a professional style.

• Gas fired air heating / Hot and cold domestic services / Plumbing / Sanitary ware installation / BMS / BIS controls / Air source heat pumps

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience preferred:-

Ideally, you will have an established mechanical background, preferably qualified to HNC or equivalent. Perhaps you have a qualified trade and have worked through this with career. 

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years site experience, working within the property maintenance /construction industry sector.
